Shipping Times & Rates

    When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates very based on the selected provider, and will appear on the shipping quotes page.

    Please note that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its product detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

    The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.

    Free Shipping

    We offer FREE shipping for orders over $120 in Canada and the United States. Cart subtotal must be $120 or more AFTER any coupons and discounts are applied to qualify for Free Shipping.

    Not valid on products sold on any other websites including, but not limited to; Today’s Shopping Choice, TVSN, QVC USA, Shopping Live, Ideal World, QVC Germany, QVC France, QVC Italy. May not be applied to past purchases. No cash value.

    Free Shipping is applied automatically and excludes individual taxes and special or express delivery. Free or discounted shipping only applies to products ordered from and are shipped within Canada and the United States—sorry, free or discounted shipping is not valid on orders shipped to any destination outside of North America at the moment.

    All orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS or Fedex and are shipped within 4-6 business days.  

    Discount Codes & Promotions

    Elizabeth Grant Skin Care does have special offers and promotions delivered through e-mails, brochures, and advertisements. As a registered online member, you may be eligible from time to time to receive e-mail promotions and offers that include special redemption codes.

    There is a specific alphanumeric code associated with each Elizabeth Grant Skin Care online promotion that you can use to redeem the offer. Enter this code in its entirety in the promotion code field on the Payment Information page during the checkout process. Online promotion codes are not case sensitive. Promotions cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotional offer.

    You will see the promotion reflected in your shopping basket on the Order Confirmation page. You may only use one promotion code per order. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, with limited quantities while supplies last and cannot be used once expired. There are no adjustments made to previous orders. These promotions are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases promotions can only be redeemed once per person. Sale items are not included in promotions.

    Gift Cards

    eGift cards are only available for purchase online and can only be redeemed through our eCommerce platform. eGift cards are non-refundable. Once the purchase has been completed, an email containing the gift certificate as an attachment will be sent to the recipient's email address. The gift certificate will contain a code which they can use to redeem their gift certificate at checkout. eGift cards cannot be redeemed over phone or email. No Fees. No Expiration.

    eGift cards are excluded from all sitewide promotions, but can be used to purchase discounted product.

    Returning Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund*. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will cover the cost of return shipping.

    If you received free shipping but want to return part of your order, we will refund you minus the cost of shipping.

    All sale items including Kits & Bundles are final sale. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

    Any product(s) purchased from a third party need to be returned to the original point of purchase to receive a refund.

    Cost of Return Shipping

    If you receive product that is damaged by the carrier, defective, or incorrect, there are no costs associated with returning the products.

    You are responsible for covering your own shipping expenses if you need to return an item because you ordered the wrong product, the incorrect size, or you no longer want it.

    Processing Returns: Steps

    1. Request a return authorization number from customer service.

    2. Package your return and send it in.
    Make sure the shipment package is clearly marked with the return authorization number.

    3. We get the reimbursement.

    4. The response is examined.

    5. If the item is found to be in working order, we will give a refund or replacement at your request.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item, and process a return the item you have.

    There will be no exchanges on sale items.


    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the return is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

     There will be no refunds on sale items.

    Lost or Delayed Packages with Canada Post

    Our team will be in contact with Canada Post to initiate an investigation into the whereabouts and condition of your package. This investigation is an essential step to ensure that we have accurate and verified information about the situation before proceeding further. While we understand your eagerness to have this matter resolved promptly, the investigation process requires some time to be thorough and accurate.

    Once the investigation with Canada Post is completed, we will have a clear understanding of the situation, which will allow us to take the appropriate action. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we will be able to proceed with either a refund or a resending of your package.

    Should the investigation determine that the package is lost, damaged, or otherwise unable to be delivered, we will be more than happy to offer you the option of a full refund for your purchase. Alternatively, if the investigation reveals that your package is still in transit but experiencing delays, we can offer the option to have a replacement package resent to you for which you will be charged the cost of goods excluding shipping.
