There is no exact time to use the Ice Roller. Use the Ice Roller in the morning, before bed, or during the day to cool down. It is suggested to use the roller as the last step in your routine.

Store Ice Roller in the fridge or freezer before using to get the full benefits. 

Start by rolling along cheekbones, outward towards the hairline. Slowly move upward towards eyes and roll under eye area. Roll from the center of chin outward along jawline toward ears. Roll up temples and upward over the forehead area. Finish by rolling along the neck and décolleté area in an upward motion.

Care: Wash and dry after each use. If storing in the freezer, do not leave it overnight or for longer than four hours.
