Where are Elizabeth Grant Skin Care products made?
Our products are proudly made, from concept to completion, at our facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Are Elizabeth Grant Skin Care products safe for sensitive skin?
We start from the place of sensitive skin. All of our products are Phalate free and Paraben free and are safe for sensitive skin. We would particularly recommend our Suprême Cell Vitality line for sensitive skin as products in this line are also free of fragrance, mineral oils and sulfates. We also recommend referencing our ingredient lists and doing a patch test on the back of your wrist or on the back of your neck – somewhere less visible to see how your skin feels after applying first.
Are Elizabeth Grant Skin Care products ‘clean’?
Currently, there is no universal definition for the word “clean” when it comes to skincare. “Clean” means different things to different people – but to us, it means care you can trust. Every Elizabeth Grant Skin Care formula is created with your skin’s safety and comfort at the forefront, blending thoughtfully selected natural ingredients with proven, safe synthetics to deliver real results. We do not test on animals and formulate without parabens, phthalates, SLS, SLES, silicones, formaldehyde, or mineral oil, also you can feel confident in what you’re putting on your skin, today and over time.
Can I order outside of Canada?
Yes, we provide US, Canadian and international shipping.
Can I purchase Elizabeth Grant Skin Care products in retail stores?
Currently, our products are only sold on our website, elizabethgrant.com, or via select shopping channels around the world.
Do you offer free samples?

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will cover the cost of return shipping. This only applies to products purchased from elizabethgrant.com and does not apply to any product purchased from a third-party vendor.

Our products are generally safe to use during pregnancy and have been used by many pregnant customers, however, if you are unsure we would recommend consulting your doctor first before adding anything to your routine.
Does Elizabeth Grant Skin Care test products on animals?
We do not test our products on animals. Each of our products undergo clinical studies using human volunteers who love being the first to experience the moisturizing and anti-aging benefits of our skin care. Scientists with decades of experience in the industry test our ingredients in our sophisticated laboratories. No product leaves our doors without being tested by our Vice President, Margot, whose sensitive skin and discerning tastes must be satisfied before the product gets the Elizabeth Grant seal of approval.
How is Elizabeth Grant Skin Care different from other skincare brands?
We are 3 generations of beauty with different skin concerns just like you.
Every product contains our exclusive compound known as Torricelumn™, which is our trademarked ingredient compound. The power of Torricelumn™ was first discovered by Elizabeth back in 1948 when she suffered bomb blast damage to her skin during WWII. Over the years, we have perfected the formula to help you target and improve the 5 main signs of aging: wrinkles, firmness, hyperpigmentation, dryness and dullness. From concept to completion, everything is done under one roof at our facility in Toronto, Canada. This also means we go the extra step, thoughtfully picking out each active ingredient based on rigorous research, documentation, and clinically tested results.
What is clinical testing?
Clinical testing means our products are evaluated through controlled, quantitative studies to understand how they perform on the skin. These tests help ensure that both our formulas and their ingredients are carefully assessed for safety and effectiveness, so you can feel confident in the results you see and the care behind every product. This is done by a third party and it is a “blind study” meaning the participants do not know what products or company they are testing.
Do your products contain parabens?
No, all of our products are not only free of Parabens but they are also free of Phthalates.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our product have a shelf life of one year after opening and two years unopened.
What products are best to start out with?
Our Suprême Essence of Torricelumn™ is the first step we suggest you begin your journey with. This concentrated serum is Oil Free, Paraben Free, Silicone Free, Fragrance Free, Phthalate free, Mineral Oil free and hypoallergenic. All you need is one to two drops before moisturizer to start to see a dramatic difference in 28 days.
What order should I apply my products?
A basic skincare routine should be: Cleanse, toner (optional), serum, treatment (optional), moisturizer. A mask 2-3 times a week.
Where can I find the list of ingredients?
We provide an ingredient list for every product listed on our website. It can be found towards the bottom of each product's page below Ingredients.
Why is Torricelumn™ not listed under the ingredients?
It is listed! Just not as you would expect it. First, Torricelumn™ is a proprietary blend of vitamins, nutrients and minerals mixed with sea kelp. We have broken those ingredients down into their INCI (International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient) format (the universal recognized form of ingredients in skin care). Hope that helps!
Will Shipping Costs to the USA Change?
No, our shipping policy to the USA is not changing.
We will continue to offer the same shipping options, including free shipping when applicable.
However, due to new U.S. export and import regulations, all orders shipped to the USA are now subject to duty charges.
Please note that an estimated 35% of your order value will be added as import duties after your order is completed.
What does this mean for my order?
- Shipping costs remain the same.
- Duties are separate from shipping and may apply even if your shipping is free.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the exact duty amount.
We use a secure Pre-Paid Duties service to ensure faster delivery and to prevent unexpected fees at the border.
We want you to know that we are covering all processing and administrative fees on our side, you only pay the necessary duty amount required by U.S. customs.
Why am I being charged duties?
These fees are determined by U.S. Customs based on the value and category of your items. They are not controlled by us, but we aim to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.
