You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All sale items are final sale.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We do not accept returns that are purchased outside of our eCommerce platform. Any product(s) purchased from a third party need to be returned to the original point of purchase to receive a refund.
Due to holiday closure, packages will not be processed until we reopen in January. Due to high volumes, order processing may take longer than usual. In the event that a product is sold out during order processing, a customer care representative will be in touch with you about a comparable product at the same discount. Due to different delivery methods, and location of recipient, delivery times may vary. Please be mindful that weather delays may affect the delivery of your package(s). Contact your carrier for more details.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.
Occasionally Elizabeth Grant Skin Care offers promotions through e-mails, brochures, and advertisements. As a registered online member, you may be eligible from time to time to receive e-mail promotions and offers that include special redemption codes.
There is a specific alphanumeric code associated with each Elizabeth Grant Skin Care online promotion that you can use to redeem the offer. Enter this code in its entirety in the promotion code field on the Payment Information page during the checkout process. Online promotion codes are not case sensitive. Promotions cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotional offer.
You will see the promotion reflected in your shopping basket on the Order Confirmation page. You may only use one promotion code per order. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, with limited quantities while supplies last and cannot be used once expired. There are no adjustments made to previous orders. These promotions are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases promotions can only be redeemed once per person. Sale items are not included in promotions.
eGift cards are only available for purchase online and can only be redeemed through our eCommerce platform. eGift cards are non-refundable. Once the purchase has been completed, an email containing the gift certificate as an attachment will be sent to the recipient's email address. The gift certificate will contain a code which they can use to redeem their gift certificate at checkout. eGift cards cannot be redeemed over phone or email. No Fees. No Expiration.
Occasionally Elizabeth Grant Skin Care offers 'Enter to Win' sweepstakes through e-mails, brochures, and advertisements. Once registered, you may enter to win a prize.
In the case that you have entered Elizabeth Grant Skin Care sweepstake promotion terms and conditions may apply. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Sweepstakes are international. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Winners are randomly chosen and will be contacted via the email used to register. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her email and phone for prize notification. If a potential prize-winner cannot be reached within five (5) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Elizabeth Grant Skin Care will then draw another winner. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received. There will be one (1) winner per season. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize is permitted.
Each Prize claim is subject to verification by Elizabeth Grant International Inc. Entries made with multiple addresses, under multiple identities, or through the use of any device or artifice to enter multiple times or entries that are in excess of the permitted number of entries during the Contest period are automatically void. All Contest entries obtained through unauthorized sources or which are incomplete, illegible, mutilated, altered, reproduced, forged, irregular or fraudulent in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules are automatically void. Elizabeth Grant International Inc. will be the sole and final reference source in validating a Prize claim.
Elizabeth Grant International Inc. shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of Contest entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions, line failures of any telephone network, failure of computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website, inability to submit the online entry form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation, or for late, illegible or misdirected entries.
Elizabeth Grant International Inc. Incorporated reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Contest, at its sole discretion, in the event of a technical failure, computer virus or bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or any other occurrence or cause beyond its control that corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness or normal operation of the Contest.
Under no circumstances will Elizabeth Grant International Inc., and their respective directors, officers, and employees be required to award more Prizes than what is indicated in these Rules or award the Prizes other than in accordance with these Rules.
The Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and local laws, as well as the rules adopted in view of said laws. The personal information provided to enter the Contest will be used only to administer the Contest, and for no other reason.
